General Submission Instructions
Before gathering your documents, please note the following technical requirements for the DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) portal:
- Format: All documents must be in PDF format only
- Size: Each document must be a maximum of 256KB
- Source: Scan original documents only; Xerox copies are not accepted
- Method: Scan each document separately; do not combine them into a single PDF
